Our guides, checklists and tools give general information about tax debt and business finance in New Zealand. They don't take your circumstances into account and aren't legal, tax or financial advice. Tool results are estimates to help you plan; they aren't offers, approvals or legal deadlines. If you've received a statutory demand or liquidation application, get advice from a lawyer.

Who we are, and who we're not

We're a business lender. We're not an insolvency practitioner, liquidator, pre-insolvency adviser, tax agent or law firm, and we don't take insolvency appointments.

Enquiries and applications

Submitting an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything and doesn't involve a credit check. Any finance is subject to assessment, verification, terms, conditions and fees. We don't publish interest rates because every business loan is priced on the individual situation. Any speed we mention is what's possible, not a promise.

Business finance only

We arrange finance for business purposes only. We don't provide consumer credit for personal, domestic or household purposes.

Accuracy and links

We work to keep information accurate and current, and we date our sources, but tax rules, thresholds and IRD practice change. Links to other websites, including government sites, are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The content on this site is ours or used with permission. You may share links and quote brief extracts with attribution; please don't copy or republish whole pages.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand law that can't be excluded.
